A friend used his r4 flashcart with my 3ds xl in the past (i dont really like piracy), something I know does not get you banned currently. However, could this change in the future. Could nintendo ban my device for this. Seeing as to how they could potentially release ds virtual console games in the future, it might be at their interest. Thanks!

Crazy idea, but,
How would you inject Nintendo 3ds sound (The app) with a CIA? For some reason, My Nintendo 3ds sound app hangs and never actually loads the DCIM folder. I was planning on injecting ctrmus into Nintendo 3ds sound, but i haven't found any tutorials anywhere.

Bricked 2DS System with no NAND backup, what should I do?
So, long story short, I was installing Persona Q2 on my hacked 2DS via FBI, the install failed but my SD card kept the gamefiles, apparently, and I had no space, so let's say my dumb mindset was "Welp, let's delete stuff" And then it got bricked, I guess I deleted some important files even though I was on the SD menu and I had forgotten to do a NAND back up, so... What can I do? (When I boot it up without my SD card, it doesnt turn on, the power on light just turns off)

For anybody who switched off their wi-fi in fear of getting the update prompt for 9.3.0, if you have admin control of your wifi router just block nintendo's update servers according to the "Balanced Urls" in this thread: https://gbatemp.net/threads/blocking-update-servers-clarification-needed.367645/ (Note: This will block the EShop too!)

NTR for Mario Kart 7 not working
I recently got NTR CFW on my 3ds and I downloaded a plugin for mario kart 7 but when I boot mario kart 7 up after the NTR CFW with the right code and everything it still doesn't work. It doesn't show anything other than mario kart 7. If it opens it doesn't say plugins ready, it doesn't show a crash (which it did before because I messed up something) and when I press select nothing happens. The plugin for new super mario bros 2 works so it isn't NTR.

From brute force, I got my movable.sed first then goes to e-shop to download steel diver but when I went to download it, e-shop prompt me to link my Nintendo id so I made one and link it to my e-shop. My question is should I use my movable.sed or generate a new one?

Very old 3DS firmware versions and Luma
Because of this post in the 3DS NOOB PARADISE I did some tests with old firmware versions and Luma. As @PoiRan I ran into a “bricked” state with firmware 4.5.0-10E when trying to boot the console with latest Luma – while no problems with v9.1.
I tried my best to test more and even older versions from somewhere, but could not get many to work – one would not...

Is is possible to swap region info between two consoles?
I have a JPN new 3DS （without NNID） and a USA new 3DS XL （with NNID）.
I wonder if I can swap region info and make a USA new 3DS and a JPN new 3DS XL (LL).
I think this is something about secureinfo. If I simply swap secureinfo and reinstall all the target region system components cias can I have a USA new 3DS with eShop enabled and vise versa?

Potentially breaking sd.
My friend told me to never have my 3ds shut off or whatever while it's saving but it's been stuck on the "Saving data and closing software..." for a while now. My friend said it could break my 3ds but it's stuck for a while and I don't think it will ever finish.

Why do I get error code 007-2920 on eshop?
I'm using a japanese new-3DS firmware 11.9.0-42J, have b9s and luma.. I could download things just fine until suddenly I can't? eshop loads and I can look at the games, but when I try to download any thing it gives me an 007-2920 error.. I just bought and downloaded a game a few days ago and it worked fine.. I don't think I've done any thing since then except play that game a bit.. Does any one know what the error means or how to fix it?..

NTR CFW and Luma 9.1
since ntr doesn't seem to work with the latest luma, I decided to try v9.1, which people say works. however, I'm still getting frequent crashes no matter what I do. I tried booting that version of luma through chain loading, but it doesn't seem to work. is there a special version of ntr (been using the latest ntr boot selector) that I need to use?
