Hi all, I have been trying to find the solution to my problem online and here in the forum but despite having seen some similar problems I did not find a solution yet.

Here's what happened. I have my 3ds with CFW, I was at 11.6 version when I first did it last year. I updated to 11.8, but today I was reading about the posibility to get banned and I decided to safely restore my NAND to the backup I did when I was at 11.6

It worked, I downgraded my version (it was probably unnecesary...

Just wondering do all these DS carts from the sites sponsor have a Timebomb that "bricks" them after two years?

Is there a way to bypass it with softwares rather than changing date or is there a decent card that will actually last?

3DS CFW Boot problem with Flashcart

Hi,

Have just got into CFW on my New3ds luma3ds to be precise and all went well, only have one problem, when have a 3ds cartridge in the slot boots fine, or when no cartridge in the slot.

The problem occurs when I try using my cyclo ds evolution flashcart (from original ds) about 50% of the time the 3ds won't boot just black screen and blue light. I have installed ntr launcher 3d from here on the forums and it works to boot the flashcart fine other than then using the home button to...

Hi,

I didn't follow at all what happened on the 3ds scene lately so my N3DS is still on 11.6 with Luma, freeshop, etc

I got a code for a shyni poipole in pokemon moon so I wanted to at least redeem it, but I don't know if it's safe to update since I guess a lot happened while I didn't use my 3ds at all.

Hi, I do not speak English, so if you find any phrase meaningless it's the fault of Google translator.
The error occurs in a new 3ds when opening netflix for a while and then changing to the browser application or when using certain titles for a long time which causes the console to freeze without being able to enter the home menu or put it in the mode of wait so I turn it off by force or turn it off through the rosalina menu

Hello,

What's the best flashcard for playing 3DS games on an Original 3DS w/ a firmware at ver 3.0.0-6?

So I would like some recommandations on this and also would like to know where to buy non-fake and non-clone flashcard from a reliable website.

I looked a little bit at the cards offered and it seems that Sky3DS/Sky3DS+ are quite reliable, Stargate 3DS sounds nice too but doesn't seem as reliable and has never received a firmware update so far.

And no I don't want to hack my console...

I'm hacking a friend's N3ds and its on 2.1 but whenever I try to install arm11 thru 2xrsa site it freezes on the checkered page. Yes I've reset the browser data checked all files followed 3ds.guide step by step and still nothing past the browser. I do have my n3ds luma cfw'd so what's the easy way for me to use mine to hack his? Please

My story :

I had my Old 3Ds for a while now, succesfuly installed Luma 6.6 and worked fine for a year.

Then suddenly the FBI stopped working (resets 3ds).

Tried to boot to luma3ds, and it showed fine, but i can't navigate in it - dpad, circle, select, start, xayb - nothing works... i can just shut down by holding power for a few seconds.

So i followed guide to update to 7.0.5 and then to 9.x but im stuck on 7.0.5 chainloader menu

So I forget to update my 3ds to 11.7 for half a year without using it, and I wanted to buy a game on the eshop, and then it appearts to be a new update, so when my 3ds restart it just shows:

"An error has ocurred: Failed to apply 1 Firm patch(es). Press any button to shutdown"

Am I screwd?

I've tried searching many threads here, but nothing seems to be working for me. After thinking it was safe to update my 3ds (old XL) to 11.8.0, I got the "Failed to apply 1 firm patch(es)" when I try to boot my 3ds.
I replaced my boot file numerous times and tried with the one that has been linked in many related threads.
But I continue to get the error. I'm really noob at this, so I was wondering if there was something I was missing or doing wrong. I managed to have everything working fine...

3DS shows black screen when turned on

Yesterday I installed a CIA using FBI. But each time after launching the game/software, I get some error on the lower screen. So I tried to uninstall that game/software, using the data management in system settings. After that, turning on my 3DS results in a black screen.

To fix it, I thought I restore my sysNAND using GodMode, but it didn't help. What can I do?

So I have a CFW'd New 2DS XL. When I go to the home menu, no programs load, even the system apps. Now when I go into the home menu settings, or open anything, my DS freezes. This is with the SD in. When I turn it on without the SD in, my system apps and DSiWare load. My SD might be corrupted and when I try to use an SD reader my computer refuses to load it. Now I dont know what apps I had on the 3ds and its just a brick now, I even updated my 3DS to 11.9 and now I cant update the boot.firm....

Here is my current setup:
  • 32 GB SD card with Luna & Boot9 on latest FW
  • Also have emunand just so I can boot to gateway running 9.2
My issue:
  1. When I copied the files to new 128 GB, it boots up but with no games that I've installed
  2. when I open the giftwraps, the next reboot will wrapped it back so I think it has to do with Emunand being shared, I think I can solve this by getting rid of Emunand
My Goal:
  • Keep all my save
  • Get rid of...

Hi everyone :) Found a used Nintendo 2DS for few bucks,the clear red one,and in system setting it shows “Sys 11.5.0-38E” but it runs normaly and there are no files in the memory stick..what should I do to make it work with CFW again? Thanks
