Is it possible to play 3DS roms on the 3DS without a flashcart?
I have a 3DS on firmware 9.2.0-20E and i wonder what i can do with it. I've read you can downgrade it to 4.X and stuff but is that enough to play backups or do you need a flashcart as well?
