Hi I am extremely lucky to have gotten a exploitable 3ds. My question is. How can I set up emunand without a game. It has never connected to the internet before. I can probably do rx tools. My other question is. How do I set up the latest Japanese emunand and install cias and stuff. Thanks in advance!
