Did my 3ds just brick?

I went to update it after not ian g it for awhile and now when I turn it on it says an error has occurred failed to apply 1 firm patch press any button to shut down.

Am I screwed or is they're a way I can fix this?

hi guys,

i was a forum member on the supercard website until it got shutdown however, its good to see that these forums continue in another form and with no doubt more knowledgable and helpful members :)

the issue i have, is im on firmware 6.something but im having issues installing games onto my ds two+ card as it seems to hang on the start screen (blank with nintendo sign on bottom screen) when i use the GW internet. do i need to have a specific upgrade in firmware to play games like...

Hey there guys, I was trying to launch ACNL on Citra but it crashes without the shared fonts. So I tried following this tutorial by citra but the given 3DSutils version will reusult in a crash. I simly put it in a folder called 3DSutils and launch it through homebrew, its been a while since I did anything cfw related so maybe I'm also not seeing something obvious.

I get an error like this kind of look, just different values. (took this one from google)

So I forget to update my 3ds to 11.7 for half a year without using it, and I wanted to buy a game on the eshop, and then it appearts to be a new update, so when my 3ds restart it just shows:

"An error has ocurred: Failed to apply 1 Firm patch(es). Press any button to shutdown"

Am I screwd?

Hello! I am not sure if anyone else is having this problem, but when I try to start certain installed games(Namely, Puzzle&Dragons Super Mario Edition Japan version and Sushi Striker USA verision), I get this error and have to shutdown...

What is this:
A stable implementation of the 3ds vuln described here. The old thread about it is here.
This is a new way to inject dsiwarehax -- which can install B9S -- that doesn't require a second 3ds on hand.

What you need:
Seedminer only needs a system's *LFCS and ID0 (the long hex # in your Nintendo 3DS folder) to work...

Hey guys, today i had this error happen to me whenever i ran FBI or homebrew apps or anything of the like:

An exception occured

Processor : ARM11 (core 0)
Exception type : data abort
fault status : Translation - section

It showed up within seconds of opening any process, and i searched a lot for a fix almost everywhere on gbatemp and other websites, even formatted my sd card and checked it and everything.
But the only thing that worked for me was to remove any plugins i had installed...

Just by taking a look at this section, it's obvious there are a lot of confused people which don't really understand what's going on with the whole 11.8 update thing. I really think someone should make a sticky post detailing what's exactly going on, but in the meantime, I'm going to answer the questions I see being asked the most:

I just updated TWLoader to the latest versions but upon trying to launch/load up the application i keep getting the following error message I have uploaded a screenshot of the error message. Not sure if I have posted this in the right thread feel free to move it thank you.

Not that long ago I was struggling for space on my computer and all I had was my 64gb micro sd in my 3ds so I took it out and formatted it. Now that I want to play my 3ds again I can't. I copied the same exact files I previously had and now I can't even boot to my 3ds homescreen. It just says "Failed to apply 1 FIRM patch(es)." I saw a post that said just download the newest boot.firm from Luma3ds and I did but I still can't even get to my homescreen. I can log into GodMode9 but my sd card...

Am I screwed?!

Hello 3DS experts. I have no experience with any DS products, but I have experience with modding in general.

I enjoy the portable nature of the 3DS. Nicely smaller than my Switch, plus something new to play with. I’m looking to buy a used system and I’m hoping to install a CFW like Luma3DS. It looks like I may need a legit game (kind of like WiiU), but I’m not sure.

Any possible suggestions of a maximum firmware to buy, game which should be bought (if necessary), and anything else to...

So im not a heavy 3ds user anymore duo the switch. But from time to time I use Freehop. Except something weird happend today.
I wanted to download a game from Freeshop on the moment it went in Que to download, it crashes and get the ARM 11 data abort. Offcourse I looked op some cases on this site. I deleted freeshop, reinstalled it, got the title key file from *that website* and tried again and the same error when I downloaded the same game. I tried downloading other games random games not...

Configuring this flashcard to mod 3DS

Hello guys,
I was trying to follow a guide on the 3ds hack website to configure a flashcard to mod the console. The only flashcard I have is the one you can see below. Does anyone have it? (It's very very old I think) I don't know if it can be used because I don't have the necessary files inside its microSD (it's empty), so it doesn't even work on the Nintendo DS lite I have. I surfed the internet looking for those files, but I can't find them; the flashcard website is dead, so... don't...

R4i Rts 3ds Black screen problem at boot.

Hey everyone, been brainstorming and trying to figure this out for a couple of days and decided to get some help on this issue.

I downloaded Wood 1.64V And then moved the content into the card.
I load the the card. And it ended up giving the same result as if a sd card wasn't in the R4i, ends up getting a white screen into a black screen, and then nothing. I can return to the home menu by pressing the home button.


Running Sys 11.6.0-39U with Luma and B9S. Any help would be great.
