Updated 3ds hangs on black screen

Hey guys I updated my 3ds today to boot9strap and everything was great followed all the steps properly and all was working perfectly, then I passed a game and closed my 3ds to pick my daughter up and when I reopened my 3ds the game had froze, so I held the power button to restart my 3ds and when it rebooted it just goes straight to a black screen and hangs there? What's the best way to get things working again?

Hey everyone,

I used my R4i Gold Plus (r4ids.cn) card yesterday to install a CFW on my 3DS. However, I was dumb enough not to create a backup first, so now my card cannot be used as a regular flashcard.

I tried restoring its flash with ntrboot flasher, but to no avail - none of the backup.bin files found online seemed to work. I've seen someone with a solution on this forum, but the google drive link is sadly no longer active.

Can someone please drop me a backup.bin file for the...

hi all,
since I had my birthday recently and got some money cause of it,
wanted to upgrade from my old 3ds that I have had since launch date back in 2011,
the n3ds xl is WAY more powerful and better than my current 3ds unit (I'll sell my old unit which I have removed the CFW I added in to get famialr with the hacking process)

anywise, I have some questions related to it:

( I have hacked my n3ds xl yesterday using 3ds.guide & method nrtboothax).

i have my new 3ds xl zelda edition BS9/luma with 128gb and all my cia game and save
is it possible to transfert all my installed cia game/save to my new 2ds XL with (just installed) Bs9/luma ?

all cia games/save will be transfered ? or i will loose some ?

[Solved by restoring sysNand(safe restore w/ gm9)! Never thought the backup would come in handy some day but.. uhh.. dont do illegal things, kids? idk. thanks to Kubas_inko and NicknameGoesHere! o3o]

Hi everyone ! So recently I lost almost all my savegames and I've been looking for new ones for hours and hours.
I found this one but it's a gateway save. How can I decrypt it ? (filetrip.net/3ds-downloads/game-saves/download-inazuma-eleven-go-galaxy-supernova-jpn-save-2-2-f32994)

b9s freeshop games updates don't work

Hi there,

One of my kids' N3ds is running b9s (sys 1..6.0-39E) and a couple of games installed from freeshop show a scrolling text that they need updating by connecting to the internet.
The console can connect for sure (I tried re-installing these 2 games) though after pressing 'y' to update the game and selecting the first option to initiate the download we get a 005-5602 error code.

Any idea what could be wrong. Could it be linked to a ticket or something (this is not something I am...

Soft-reseting Pokémon w/ NTR

Hi, everyone. So, I have been using NTR CFW in order to stream gameplay with Kitkat. Only, today, I noticed something interesting. I was playing Pokémon Ultra Moon, and I attempted to Soft Reset, and everything froze, and I had to force power off. Is this a consequence of using NTR? The mem patch from Kitkat? Is there a work around? Because, one day, I'd like to stream shiny SR hunting.

Could anyone with a good GPU decrypt a friend's movable.sed?

Hey.

So a friend gave me their old 3ds to homebrew because they got a game from a European friend and it's region-locked. I've gotten their moveable.sed and have been trying to decrypt it for a good 19 hours by now with my 750 Ti. It's gone over the error est. of 3319 and no success yet, so I was wondering if anyone here could try to crack the thing with a more powerful rig than mine. I'll DM the files if anyone is interested.

EDIT: I have an ARDSi but I lost the cord and that's propietary...

Could anyone with a good GPU decrypt a friend's movable.sed?

Ntrboothax not working?

I've done this quite a few times but I just can't get it to work on this particular o3ds of my friend. I checked these things to make sure they are ok:

- My R4i Gold 3DS
- Cartridge slot
- 4 buttons: X, Start, Select, Power
- Magnet activates sleep mode

Basically it just boots into normal homescreen and ignores the hax. Anytips?

Arm11 Exception on both my 3DS after dsiInjection

So last night I successfully CFW'd my new 3DS but now I am having an error which I cannot for the life of me wrap my head around. When I open BigBlueMenu and then another application during the same power-on window, it will throw an arm11 exception: prefetch abort (svcBreak). Only amazingly it is also doing it with my source 3DS in which it wasn't doing it before I did the system transfer.

well my son has a DS the newest one ... how easy would it be to hack it>? i remember i checked this out a while back & i got stuck .. because of the soldering part ... has things changed at all is there a easier way ... ? ... i simply just wanna CIA a ton of games on it for him.. who knows he might just play it then .. Damn thing cost me $200 and he never really touched it at all

Hi everyone. I've looked into several different threads already regarding this issue, but nothing seems to work. My situation in detail below:
  • I'm using the R4i Gold 3DS Plus, the one with ntrboot preflashed and all (bought the card from nds-card)
  • My console is a new 3DS XL running version 11.6.0-39U
  • I've switched the flashcard's boot mode to "N" for ntrboot
  • My console's SD card is a brand new SanDisk Ultra Plus 16 GB microSD and uses the FAT32 file system and...

How do I convert DSiWare .cia to decrypted .nds?

Anyone know how to convert those DSiWare .cia files to regular decrypted .nds?

I'm not interested in playing on a real console, instead, I want to test the games on No$gba, but it only loads .nds files. So far I've been unable to find a tutorial to convert from .cia to .nds.

I downloaded a tool called dsi_srl_extract, but it didn't do anything, or maybe I don't know how it works.

Can anyone provide a step by step guide as to how to do it?
