Restoring

I have two new 3ds xl systems.

Majora's Mask: 9.9 firmware
Red: 9.2 firmware

Is their any way to backup SystemNAND on the Red New 3DS XL and use it to restore the Majora's Mask New 3DS XL to 9.2?
