System transfer from 9.5 Emunand to 10.1 sysnand?

Is it possible to do a system transfer from a N3DS 9.5 Emunand to a 10.1 N3DS sysnand?
I think I have to upgrade my emunand to be able to do the system transfer but I can't upgrade up to 9.5+ ...

Any solution?
