Does anyone know if it is possible to change the sysNAND region on a n3DS? I'm planning on importing the smaller n3DS since the US still doesn't have them to my knowledge. I don't really want to bother with regionFOUR since I still would like to use the eShop and play online.
How I personally think this would be done:
1. Region change like you would on a o3DS
2. Make sure everything works fine in emuNAND
3. Backup emuNAND.bin file
4. Write it to sysNAND
Is that how it's done?...
