Is this the cleanest way to region change my EmuNAND?

So I have a hardmodded 9.2.0-20J n3DS and 9.2.0-20U with 2.5 ninjhax cubic ninja for both regions.

I plan to:

1) Dump secureinfo_A (USA) from o3DS with Decrypt9WIP.

2) Install FBI into n3DS (JPN) sysNAND with miniPasta and inject secureinfo_A (USA) using Decrypt9WIP.

3) Update n3DS (JPN) to 10.5.0-20U through system settings. Reformat system.

4) Dump n3DS nand (10.5.0-20U.bin) using my hardmod.

5) Flash n3DS with 9.2.0-20J firmware using my hardmod.

6) Boot Emunand9 and create my...

Is this the cleanest way to region change my EmuNAND?
