whats my best CFW or other method to either install CIA [OR] play region free games on red button sky3ds? running old 3ds 9.9 with youtube homebrew menu launcher
as things are now, because the sky3ds red button is constantly changing games it cannot run region free with red button via homebrew region free cart launcher. i know the answer might just be 'you can't' but im fully expecting someone to have a method to install and play CIA games with what i have. naturally with sky3ds this means...
