[Help] RxTools issue with EmuNand.

Hello. Before I state my issue, I'd like to say that I DID search this up for the chances that someone else already asked this. No one did. RxTools will not dump a specific title from my EmuNand and I'd like to dump only 1 title. Not all of them! Just 1. RxTools doesn't currently support single title dumping.
Furthermore, I'd like to know how to detect the correct DSiWare title and convert it to .CIA format for re-installing to the SysNand. SysNand is unlinked and unlinked from my NNID and...
