I feel like crying... SD just died.

So I was transfering the new GW update to my SD right now, before that I deleted a game. But then everything went horrible. My PC said I must format the SD card because apparently it's damaged or something. My 3DS also can't access the SD. I just don't know why this is happening

It's a 32GB mSD connected with an adapter (the adapter is not the issue).

What do?
